Why you need me

I thrive on supporting tricky projects that might otherwise give you sleepless nights! When you need to explain a complex situation, or set out a controversial proposal, I can do so with clarity and honesty.

We all like to be told in advance if something’s being planned that’s going to affect us. I specialise in working out who’s likely to be interested, engaging with the right people at the right time, and explaining things in a straightforward way. I also make a point of predicting likely questions, having helpful answers prepared, and listening attentively to any points that were not anticipated.

It’s always advisable to plan your communications in advance, but we don’t always have the luxury of time. If you’re unlucky enough to find yourself handling a crisis, or dealing with tricky complaints, I’ve got a calm head to help you set the right tone and provide an honest explanation.

I care deeply about the impacts of proposals. That’s why I present them clearly and take time to explain how they can be shaped and influenced.
